1.32 Vacuuming the Condenser Fan

Applies to: All-In Commercial Basic models.

Tools Required

  • Vacuum with bristle brush head

1.32 Vacuuming Condenser Fan Prep

Power Down Plunge

  • Pause the chiller by pressing the pause button on the UI
    • ⚠️ Powering down the Plunge while it's in a cooling cycle can damage the chiller.
  • Press the test button on the GFCI outlet to power down the Plunge.
  • Unplug the GFCI outlet from the outlet.

🚨 Important: Do not power down the Plunge before pausing the chiller.

 
 

1.32 Vacuuming Condenser Fan Instructions

Remove Right Chiller Vent

  • Locate the right-side chiller vent on the tub.
  • Pull up on the plastic tab and then pull outward to remove the vent cover.
  • Set the vent aside to expose the electrical box.

Vacuum Back of Condenser Fan

  • Using a bristle brush head reach through the right side vent and vacuum all the lint, dust, and dirt on the back of the condenser fan.

NOTE: Ensure the condenser fan is thoroughly cleaned of all debris. Not clearing debris can lead to functionality issues and even a failed chiller. 

 

Install Chiller Vent

  • Align the right-side chiller vent back onto the frame.
  • Press it into place until the tab clicks and the vent is fully secured.
