Safety Precautions and Assembly Warnings

Please read the following instructions to uncrate the Sauna Mini. 

Step 1:  Begin by removing the bit tip located on the side of the crate Place it in your drill
Step 2: Use the drill to remove the top plywood panel You will see red circle stamps around each screw you need to remove the top of the crate.
Step 3:  Remove the panel labeled “front panel” Remove all screws with the red circle stamp on the front panel only.
Step 4:  Take the floor out and place it where you will be building your sauna.  Please place the sauna on a sturdy, level surface You’ll notice a silver tray on the bottom. This is the front where the door will be installed. Please remove plastic wrap from tray before use. Unstrap and remove rock boxes.
Step 5:  Find the upper bench and foot rest on the left side of the crate.  Remove both and set to the side.
Step 6  There is a brace screwed into the left panel next to where the benches were attached.  Remove the brace and set it to the side.
Step 7:  Next you’ll see the back panel.  Undo the fasteners holding it to the bottom of the crate along with the screws holding it to the left of the crate.
Step 8 There are two screws on the right of the crate holding the door. Remove the two screws.  There are 3 braces securing the door to the bottom of the crate. Unscrew only the screws with the red circle around them to remove the door from the crate, but keeping the braces attached to the door.  Using two people, carefully pick up the door and set it down on a stable surface.  Warning: the door is approximately 100 lbs and should be handled with caution.
Step 9  There are two 1x4 pine boards holding the next two sauna panels together.  Unscrew all the screws with red circles around them to undo the fasteners and remove the left side panel.
Step 10  Remove the screw on the right side of the crate securing the right heater panel Carefully remove it from the crate and place it to the side.  Once you set it down you can cut off the green strap with scissors.
Step 11 You can now unscrew and remove the roof and beams from the back side of the crate along with the Sauna Feet that will attach to the bottom of the door located on the right side of the crate.
